At Birdsong Bellingen we grow small commercial quantities of crops (using organic practices) such as garlic, macadamias and finger limes and have a small bee hive for our own honey.
There’s also a mix of fruiting trees around the property including avocado, grapefruit, pawpaw, orange, lemon, mandarin and we’re even trialling coffee!
Rainforest Pearl is one variety of our Finger Lime crop.
At certain times of year we ‘rob’ the bee hives, and fresh raw honey will be available for you to purchase by the jar.
